Returns & Exchanges
We are so sorry your items didn't work out!
- Returns/exchanges are only eligible for 14 days after the item has been delivered. Any items received after this date will be sent back with the expense of the customer. Sale items are final sale.
- Original shipping costs and taxes are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible to pay for the shipping costs of items being returned/exchanged. This will be a non-refundable cost as well.
- We do not offer refunds of any kind! You can either receive store credit or simply do a size exchange.
- To successfully do a return/exchange the items must be in the original condition that they were sent. They must be unworn, unwashed, fragrance free, smoke-free and with the original tags attached. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the return/exchange process!
- Store credit will be processed within 7-10 days after your return has been received. Please do not email asking about your store credit unless it has been pass this date, thank you!
- Shoes can be returned/exchanged as long as there is no sign of wear, and they are in original box.
These items are not eligible for return:
- any items marked "sale or "FINAL sale"
- accessories (this includes jewelry, eyewear, hats, etc.)
- swimwear, intimates (bralettes), or bodysuits
